At Oso Botanicals, we are committed to offering enriching experiences through our foraging tours, courses, and educational programs. Please review our refund policies below.

Foraging Tours

• All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

• If you are unable to attend, you may:

  • Transfer your spot to another person, or

  • Reschedule for a future tour date.

• If a tour is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given the option to reschedule for a future tour.

Courses

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable, but participants may:

  • Transfer their registration to another person, or

  • Apply the amount as credit toward a future course.
