  • Gently Used Products: May be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or limited-edition products

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 7 business days.
